Help! Hooking up R/O System

Hey all any advice on how to hook up the R/O filtration system to either a water or toilet line? The plastic or copper lines are behind the wall and then there is the valve under the toilet or under the sink. Coming off the valve is a flexible 3/8" metal / braided line. Do they make a "T" valve that I can just put on the valve and run one hose to the toilet and another to the R/O filter?

My setup looks like this:

I think I need something like this, notice the T valve... Will this work just using some teflon tape to seal it up good? Will I lose pressure, the toilet is not used except if I am in the room & working on plants. I guess I could always unhook it but I would rather retain the function of the toilet when needed.

you would only loose pressure if you were flushing the toilet and useing the ro. Turn off the valve undo the line and take the line and ro to where ever they have plumbing susplys. get your t and you good to go
