A hermie can and will pollinate females. I'm a bit of a hermie pro. lol, from bagseed. A female flowered too long will hermie. It is a natural attempt by the plant to procreate itself without a male. It's a natural attempt to ensure survival by asexual reproduction. A hermie is trying to pollinate itself. These are not necessarily feminized seeds. A PURE female, stressed to hermie will create pollen, this pollen has only female genes. If this pollen is used to pollinate another Pure female, you will get femininzed seeds. Pollinating itself is NOT femininzed seeds. Feminized seeds are NOT guaranteed to be female. There is a whole bunch more, but without going into details, feminized seeds SHOULD be female dominant, and procreate females at better than 90%. But there is no guarantee. At 6 1/2 weeks I would let them go, you haven't necessarily bred feminized seeds, but you'll have decent smoke, and some seeds to try new things with.
