The tallest bud spot on one of my plants started drooping and canoeing in on itself at the same time. It’s now showing on 3 of my 4 plants. The lower growth areas are healthy as ever. PleAse help me out before I lose 3, 6’+ beauties!

I don't see any signs of fert burn whatsoever, so that leaves to potential issues here. Overwatering or heat. From the pics it looks hot out there? Does this look worse mid day and somewhat improve in the evenings? What's your watering schedule like?
 
it’s for sure not heat it’s been rather cold here at night. I cut one of the branches off that was bad and the inside of the stems wasn’t hollow at all it was packed with white mold looking substance. I thought they should be hollow. It was packed solid?
