Help have some issues with alot of my plants

Promix hp watered with a ph of 6.3 and ppm were around 400ppm. Had some overwatering issues and not sure if that caused some deficiences. My run off was in the neighborhood of 5.8-6.0. I had been watering light with no run off. And flushed 2 days ago tl see if that would help. They do seem to be doing alittle better with less droop. Any recommendations. These plants are about 5 qeeks old so they have been stunted quite a bit. U can see the difference of 2 days since the flush. They dont seem to be drooping much now even though they are holding alot of water still. Im trying to get them dry as i think they should get better but what elese can i do. Thanks. Ok so get yourself a mesh screen or something put on top of a tote like the pic. Mix up some 500 ppm food with 150 ppm calmag. Pour several litres through to get a lot of runoff. Those 5 gallon pots? Pour 2-3 gallons through ea one

They’ll green up in no time.

General hydro. Started with overwatering issue and no uptake of nutes. Flushed and had 1000ppm in run off. Waiting for them to dry up alittle before giving them a feed

Always have some good runoff when you feed. Especially if you let it dry too much.

If you let them dry you get salts. Thus the need for runoff. Remember it’s more like coco not dirt.

Im not sure why people have the fear of over watering in soiless medium, its that mind set that leads to build ups.
I just fed my promix plants they were just starting to dry ontop still moist but not dry.

Also you should try upping your ph a tad 6.5 the calmag will absorb more me thinks.

I wonder what the best ph to run for promix since it is a soiless medium. So would think it should be closer to hydro ph. I have had root rot from too big of pots and watering though

isn't he in striaght promix? Pretty sure you treat that as soiless, which would be ph closer to 6.0 not 6.5.
I used to use promix with hydro nutes and I would feed,water,feed or else you get salt buildup and would have to flush.
I also never watered to run off, and yes you can over water in promix, plants will start dropping and what not, not going to kill you plants and it will dry out and recover, i ran the promix and salt nutes for probably 6 years like that

Promix can be all over the place,one bail can be 5.8 the next is 6.8.You need a soil ph meter to know forsure

he means it's soiless you treat it like hydro ph 6.2 or lower, not soil 6.5-7

Well the plants in his pic really need some Mg so thats why i recommend a little higher.

me thinks he needs alot more than just mg
isn't 400 pp super low? Some peoples water is almost that high without adding nutes...lol

Promix needs a little higher,again depends on the bale.If you feed the right way 6-6.5 plants still should look healthy regardless if its 6 or 6.5

Well i feed 4-500 and my tap is 150 but i feed often
