Help, harvest dying

The plants are 2.5 weeks old. I germinated them in the medium and started nutes when i dropped the seeds in. The plant with the burned tip was drowing for a few days. His medium didnt have enough holes so i ripped it open and exposed the plants roots. Now it sat back up but the tip burned.

the new growth looks good. if so, let it be. careful with nutes and seedlings:not a good mix

Should i give them just water for a for days? I use distilled. And sorry im a noob

just use water until they are about 3 weeks old. with seedlings i use a mist bottle to keep the soil slightly moist - not wet. seedlings are easily over watered. GL

tap water is fine. just let it sit out overnight to de-chlorinate

Yup, just use tap water for another week. Using RO water can give you CalMag problems if your not adding it to the RO water.
