Help for auto grow setup

Hi , im thinking of setting up a small growspace in a closet ( big enough to fit 3 autos). Its not to wide but it has about 7 foot in height. I'm new to growing and have no experience with how to properly set one up, but I'm just wondering which would be the cheapest lights for only 3 plants? And what should I coat the walls with for maximum light?
The strain is northern lights. Just need some guidance, cheers.

what are width?If it's are Northen Lights autos then she can grow about 0.90-1.20 metrs height
cycle are 20/4 our for first 30 days 24/0, and minimum 125w CFL per plant, 10 liters pots for everyone plant

Il post the width soon as I measure , also since its only maximum 3 plants , would I need some type of ventilation? I will have a temp controlled fan , but just want to know if I need it. Thanks

Dimensions would help determine alot for your setup PhychicTurtle but in most cases you will need some sort of extraction and especially in flower. Different strokes for different folks but when I started in a small closet I was having humidity n heat dramas constantly until I rethought my setup and got a extraction fan for one. If your walls are already white you can use that and save money on panda film or reflective Mylar rolls. Pending your closet size 400w h.i.d minimum for your lights for 3 autos.

The goal here is 10,000 lumens per square foot of the correct color (6500k). You can buy give or take 23w CFLs at homedepot/lowes. I've done closet grows on this formula and have got good results. You really want something better then cfls to flower, but you can use 2700k cfls to flower autos at 10000 lumens per sq ft. Higher wattage is key for flowering with cfls, as cfls have poor light penetration.

'Some' LED lights have GREAT results.

If you can afford a good one, it will save you in electricity cost and cooling frustration.

air flow will be your enemy in any closet grow.

and consider your autos need delicate soil so they dont get nute burnt, stunt, and waste your time.

And maybe check out some of the dutch passion dwc auto grows. might make you decide to just try for one big monster in that closet.

Hey Phychic hows it going? I have a very close setup to yours and heres what im doing:

for lights i got two 2ft 4 tube HO T5's off of craigslist for $25 each that put out 10,000 lumens each. So thats 20,000 lumens for the 6 sq ft for my grow room, making it about 3000 lumens per sq ft. these wont get too hot so for a small closet its good.

for my wall, i got these Emergency Blankets from amazon. 10 packs for 7 bucks. or you can go to walmart and get one for 3 bucks in the sporting foods section

My closet grow is now putting out better shit than my neighbors can buy since I've finally got it dialed in. I use a BlackStar 270 Chrome about 30 inches above the canopy. I use Plagron a Grow Mix and recently switched from the Fox Farm lineup to CannaNutrients. My closet is actually a steel cabinet that's like 3 foot wide and 18 inches deep. I just leave the door cracked a few inches open with an oscillating fan in front for ventilation. I have a perpetual grow going on. I start a new seed about every 4-6 weeks. That keeps my cabinet from getting too full which gives each plant plenty of room. Since I only run auto's my light stays at 20 hours on permanently from seed to weed. I'm a personal stash guy but this has worked out so well I damn near have weed coming out of my ass. It doesn't bother me anymore to use 35 grams in making 2 cups of Grade A coconut oil like it did when I was paying out of pocket. My fuckin' coconut oil makes better cakes than you can buy in Amsterdam! True story.

Oh yeah, I used Mylar on he inside of my cabinet. I bought these tiny round but very strong magnets off eBay to hold the Mylar in place. It works like a champ.

Good man cheers, I was looking at C3 film , or maybe it was C5 I cant remember , but anyway does the emergency blanket have the same effect?

the fan you have blowing through a gap in the door, would this not interrupt the dark cycle , or does the fan turn off for that to? And do u have a separate veg room to start your seeds every few Weeks? These are things I cant deside on haha
