Help flowering

I'm a beginner, and I really need some help...
Please tell me if I need to change the lightning cycle to 12/12. Are they mature flowers or just pistils?

change your lights to 12/12
what lights are you running??? CFL??? what?

Those white hairs in ur pics are actually called preflowers, and it means u have a girl . U can flower whenever u want really. Depends a lot on how much space u have to work with. Just be sure to plan on that thing at least doulbling in size once u switch to 12/12 so u don't run out of room.

they can double or triple in size depending on strain.... what kinda lights you got on it?

I have one 35W (175 W). I don't know if it's enough.

I just try to rescue her...It hasn't enough light when it was younger, and now has only 3 leafs or only one...

Can I save her? Can it be good for smoke?
p.s. it wasn't mine till now

your gonna need way more light to get anything worth while off it...

what kinda space you got for growing it?

there are a few things your gonna wanna look for
for flowering your going to want a Red spectrum bulb...

and I take it you wanna stay with CFL's *lots of litte lights* instead of a HPS or MH *High pressure sodium* *Metal Halide*

in the search menu on here you can search CFL *I use HPS* there are lots of people on here that already have all that info and more... just look it up
