help first time grower having plant problems....

ok so my plant is organic purple haze nd she will be 2 weeks old saturday. her light cycle is 24 hr nd im using 2-t8 32w bulbs. i water 1 cup every 2-3 days nd i have a fan on her also. the lights hang about 2 1/2 inches away nd i have this foil type stuff on the walls. so lately ive noticed some black spots on the leaves and there is no visible bugs or anything and the black is only on top of 1 leaf and no where else its not even under the leaf only on top....please help...i have included a pic

pic is way too small to tell whats wrong. if you have bigger pics itll help with figuring out whats wrong with your plant.

First - at 2 weeks your plant is awfully small - could be due to lack of light, which you have, or your soil... what type of soil are you using?

I bring up soil, because your soil might be too compact - thus restricting the roots - and also holding too much water on the top of the soil creating mold/fungi

I cant see any spot in your pic.... but I would need more info than just the pic anyhow..

my soil is hyponex, i have a buddy who grew jst fine with this soil soo it shouldnt be that....ive put a better pic hopefully

i use hyponex also but I always add to it. would stop watering until the top of the dirt is dry. and raise your light a couple inches.

i raised the light a couple of inches jst now and i havent watered her since sunday. when i woke up today i noticed the little spots startin to come on the other leaf now....what is this guys??? is my plant gna be ok?? also how much more light do i need on her???

somebody help!!!!
