@LG201118 - If I may offer some advice:
Read A LOT, comment less at first - find a grow journal similar to your way of growing.
RIU does have a "flavor" of its own; but if you can grow a skin and laugh at yourself as hard as you laugh at others, you'll do fine.
Nearly everything you need is in a thread here - if the search bar doesn't have it, a little manual searching usually turns it up.

I get obsessive reading about the next phase of my grows - it's easier than posting in the problem section.

I'm still a noob, so I'm reading threads like this to learn as much as I can BEFORE my next harvest approaches.
IMHO - you have a lot of great advice. (I was told the same when my crop looked like yours last time - I was happy I listened)
BUT - go look at the responder's journals (mine are in my sig) - do you want your weed to come out like that? (I did)
