So I have a 3ft purple haze plant that's 6 weeks in flowering.I noticed that some of the nugs mid way up have these black little balls on it and are starting to die and the nugs fall apart,plant isn't discolored ,any help(sorry can't post pics right now)

Outdoor- bud worms
indoor- mold or rot

Caterpillars. The little black balls is caterpillar shit. You will have to inspect the cola that is falling apart, and pick out the caterpillar before it does more damage.

I went through it like crazy with a head lamp and tweezers,found 4 of them,Im geting about a OZ of it so I don't need them now not this late in the grow,you guys are great rollitup always helps.

How do I keep them away for good?I live in California and and doing outdoor.Useing foxfarm big bloom and their oceanforest soil.Also suplementing mollasses.

they r a huge problem for growing outdoor, if they r still on the buds u should think about harvesting early.
