HELP ! effects of slow release plant food in potting mix and marijuana?

just wondering what would happen if i put my plants in a potting mix with slow release plant food in it. would it be ok to do as a last resort? my plants need to be put in bigger containers, but the store here has very limited potting mix seeing as its winter.

it will be fine if that is all youve got to work with..

it will slowly realese nutrients into the soil and feed the plants.

i use expert potting mix. it says it feeds up to 9 months. ive been using it for a long while now and it works great. my plants love it! i really dont have to feed them very often and when i do its about %25 percent of whats recommended.

yeah i think alot of it is hype. people are too wound up. i just got some cheap potting mix now, did transplants and theyre all doing great
