HELP!!! Dying plants here, please help!!!

I've had my plants growing for about 5 weeks and they were doing fine until about 5 days ago. The leaves started turning a light green and curling upwards at the edges. I was thinking it was nute deficiency so I mixed up a good 10-6-4 and watered them with it. Within hours the leaves and top started to droop and now it looks like they are all dying.
I don't have a PH tester but am getting one tonight. I tried to flush them yesterday and they still look bad today.
Background on room....
Indoor
400w HPS
(6) 100w equivalent fluorescent full spectrum bulbs
1.5g pots with gardening mix soil
Started off with blood meal for N
20/4 light
I was watering twice a day for 10 minutes on an automatic watering system, basically a fast drip system for 10 min twice a day
Humidity controlled at 50%
Air exchange three times a day

I'm not sure what else you need but I have 3 pics of them...all doing the same thing.

the ph is very important for plant health. its like comparing drinking sulfuric acid to having a glass of chocolate milk. 5.5-6.5 for hydro 6-7 for soil. this is just an average and you should always listen/read your plant for the best growth possible.

also what are your plants? auto/reg? the lighting may be too much

how far is the light from the plants.

100 watt equivalent? cfls t5s t8s t12s? actual wattage?

watering is usually done as needed for the plant, may be drowning them.

Water can make a crop and break a crop just the same , as mentioned it is critical to know the pH and how hard the water you begin with is . Many people fall victim to giving young plants to much or not enough and often a combination of both . Shit happens and every serious grower will have a story or two about making mistakes and not understanding the situation at hand .

The cfls are 23w actual and are about 12-16 inches away from the plants, just regular bulbs you buy at Menards. The HPS is 400w and is about 18 inches away. Yes, the more I read the more I realize I am watering too much so I've shut off the watering system until they dry out a bit. The plants are northern lights/choc chunk cross.

You are right they are dead. How did this happen? start from the beginning so we can avoid you fucking up plants like this again.

400 watt HPS in a closed space will burn your plants to a crisp if you do not continuously exchange hot air for cold air unless you have the room the size of a warehouse

Regarding possibility of too many lumens

In my limited experience, I have had several rooted clones that were growing happily under fluoros but died when put under 600 watt MH -- 2.5 feet away! All of the others survived but showed some light burns as they were further away.

Keep your lights at a good distance from the plants until they have adjusted their water and nutritional transport capabilities to utilize the extra photons you are irradiating them with!

Not at all true. I grow in a closet with a fan outside the closet blowing a little air in. Sometimes I forget to open the closet door and the HPS is on all day during the summer and the plants are fine.

Started seeds in soil, did great till about 5 days ago like I said. The leaves started turning a little bit light greenish and curling upward. I researched it and though it was nute deficiency so I added the 10-6-4 mix. I boiled it to dissolve it and added about half a cup to each plant. Within a half a day all the leaves started drooping and so did the tops of the plants. I freaked out so I flushed them for about a half an hour. The leaves aren't dead, they are still soft but as you see they look horrible. I'm not sure what other info you need so if you want to know more, please ask.
Any hope?

There is no hope.

Lighting design is horrible and the amount if insufficient....looks like you vegged too long in too small of a pot...1.5gal is ment for straight 12/12...so poor lighting ...lack of root space led to root rot and death...in my ever so humble opinion....

That's definitely a water or temp issue. Over or under watering is the common most cause of plant problems.

As far as lighting, I have plenty of lighting for this small room.
Watering, I'm sure I was over watering now.
Can anyone give me a fair nute mixture that I can use?

This is my first crack at growing indoors. I've always done it in a cornfield and have never had these kinds of issues. Indoors is quite a bit different so any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Fox Farms soil isn't easy to come by around here. Has to be ordered. I was hoping for some advice on a soil I can make with things I can get at Walmart, Menards, Lowes or Home Depot, places like that are what we have around here. Have some tree farms around here that sell soil mixes but I'm not sure about em. The one brand of soil mix that the place recommended for indoor growing of 'vegetables' is called Osmocote. Anyone heard of it? is it good enough?

I've tested the pH of the water, it's well water so it's fairly neutral at around 6.6-6.9
