Help decide strain and set-up! (600w soil/coco 4x4 grow tent)

Goal 16oz+
600w mh/hps open wing
6" 459cfm vortex
450cfm carbon filter
35%ffof soil, 35% coco, 20% perlite, 10% worm castings
4ftx4ftx6.5ft grow tent
Gonna get ff trio nutes

i want to run 3x3 in 2g pots and aim for 2oz per plant (~1sqft each)
or
run 4x4 in 1g pots and aim for a little over 1oz per (~little less than 1sqft each)

also I want a potent, fast finishing, heavy yielder, that works well in sea of green. Preferably mold resistant.

I still haven't seen a Bomb seeds THC Bomb...not sure how it would do sog, but it is a heavy yielder so i would think it would do fine sog style

I like NORTHERN LIGHTS #5...potent, low odour, resilient, fairly quick, works well in a SOG, and is easy to clone.
