Looks like you're feeding too much.

When you see a leaf surface go from the normal soft light green to a glossy dark green that feels like paper, it means there's too much Nitrogen
in the soil. After it turns to a glossy dark green, the tips start to burn, if there's enough nitrogen it will make the leaves curl.

This is an overfed plant, with a glossy dark leaf next to a dark leaf that is about to turn glossy. You want to see a soft leaf surface like the
pic on the right but it should be a lighter shade of green.

Fucking a! I could NOT have said that any better. Dark green may LOOK good but it really isn't... it's borderline N toxicity

can i transplant it and give it a light dose of nutes
Flush with 3x the volume of the pot and feed 1/2 strength in a couple of days. You can dial in your nutrients by upping the dosage if you see deficiency's. Nitrogen deficiency is usually the first that will show up if you're underfeeding, it doesn't stunt growth like overfeeding though and it's pretty easy to spot.

EDIT:

im using nutri+ hp nutrimix as medium
Soils packed with nutrients isn't something i like to deal with. You'd have to wait it out if it's packed with ferts, flushing
wouldn't be a good thing. Water lightly if you can't flush and keep the soil moist but on the dryer side for a while so there
are less nutrients available to the roots, heavy watering in a soil with fertilizers in them releases more nutrients.

im definatly going with over fert them leafs look so green, you need to give the plants 1 feed for every 1or2 plain water as not to give them to mant nutes but i do 1 feed 4days later 1 water i think you need to stop the nutes for a bit untill the plant ask for them and also if u have time ferts in ya soil that will be double the nutes so no nutes and just plain water for atleast 7-10 days
