Im starting out indoors in my closet. My babies are about a month or so old and today i noticed a cotton like mold on the top layer of soil. The closet door had been shut for over 24 hours and the light schedule is 16 and 8. It dosent appear to be anywhere but on top of the soil. The plants look healthy and dont appear to be affected by it. Any suggestions or comments are greatly appreciated. I included pics.

Heres some stats to help: 2 and 3 gallon grow bags, grown under 4 cfls in a small closet about 2.5x4 feet, soil is a mix of peat moss, perlite, worm castings and some indonesia bat guano. Try to leave the closet door open during the day with fan pointed directly on plants but dosent always happen. Humidity is usually between 30 and 55. Temp range is 64-76.

Well first of all get rid of all the visible mold. Let the dirt dry out hella before you water again and keep airflow on it no matter what man. Need to make sure that top layer of dirt get dry asap after watering, remember that moisture and light = mold. Also yer plants look pretty healthy and some molds don't even hurt plants, but why risk it right? Good luck bro

So im coming to the conclusion that i have been overwatering it, im gonna let it dry out for a couple days and then water again and see what happens

look like mold.. mix peroxide with water.. water your plant to kill the mold... oh .. add 1/2 str nutes cuz the peroxide will kill most organic nutes in the soil... good luck..
