Help cold

its cold where i stay and my plants they arent grown there isnt a leaf out yet buts its cold outside where i stay and im growing outside and i have no cfl bulb what do i?do i keep them in a warm light place and water them in put them on window seal until next week when it get hot and will the seedlin go bad without light

i am in the same situation but i just made a grow box for that it is all in my profile. cuse i used to stick them in the window sile but it is a little obvious for me.
i am working on getting my florescent all set up and paid for but i got them under a halogen bulb thats set up in my grow box cuse that's all i have and they are growing fine
