Hey, that looks like light burn, I had the dame thing happen to the top of just one, which wasnt close to the light. Looking at pic 2, are those red tips?
What temps is it? can you hold your hand between the light and the plant? if its to hot for your hand its to hot for the plant....unusal for fluro's to burn plants.
My advice, is leach the soil . I think it could be server salt build up in soil. Thats quite common for MG , cause its got nutes in there already. What fert where you using?
3 times the amount of soil with water, let it dry out, maybe over night,,then feed with dilute solution of nutes. Poor thing, wish I could help more,,hope she comes back around,,
Take it easy.

Yeah, its not flushing..... leaching, leach the soil.
Flush, or flushing is done in the last couple of weeks, flushing is just watering/feeding, with just water...
Sorry, not having a go, or saying you have to call it right. Just saying what the differnce is, so you know, and dont go leaching at the end of flower, or as some do, they 'flush', well they leach the soil, and this ruins the plants cause everyday they leach the soil and the roots dont dry and soil becomes soggy, leading to a whole host of problems.....anyhow,.
Take it easy

i would not use nutes anymore, id use just water until the plant recovers then maybe use a quarter strength after the plants stabilized.
