Help! Can't figure it out, sad plant (pics)

I've noticed that my girls are getting droopy and they are looking very sad.

Top 44(day 17 flower) in a DWC bubbleponics
Lights:2 - 150w hps
Nutes: GH Maxibloom(currently 30 ml in res) + GH Maxigrow (Currently 15 ml in res)
Water: 24hr tapwater, ph is 5.8
Temp:~70 F
Humidity: in 30% range.

I have been using vinegar for ph down, could this be my problem?. I raised the light a few inches as well. Someone have any advice?

72 is warm for the solution check the roots for rot. eg. slimy, smelly

Iknow it sound like a bollok ache but i would clean all the system give it a good wash.

Try to keep the solution temps UNDER 70 for sure.

Roots are ok, nice and white. I went ahead and did a res change. Didnt adjust the ph until I get some proper ph down this weekend. Seem to be doing a little better, but still a little sad.

Good thing Keep that and some cal/mag must haves for hydro.
