Help can this be my problem?

hey rui long story short i read somewhere letting your plants go long periods without watering it will start taking nutrients from fan leaves turning them yellow and killing them..

i left my plants for two extra days without water and when i finally got home they were really dropping and soft... soon after this the fan leaves have started to turn yellow everywhere all over the plants and killing them making its way up. i still have good green leaves and flowers (oh which im 4 weeks into flowering) are still getting big but im concerned about this yellowing and if its possible to be the cause since i have pretty much eliminated any other options?

It's not from lack of water, it's from lack of nitrogen. Feed with a nitrogen heavy supplement.
