Help: Building a small grow box for cheap

how about a sheet or 2 of foam insulation board? depending on how thick, a 4x8 sheet is $10-20. it cuts w/ a knife & can be fastened w/ tape ( I have used toothpicks as nails).local lowes has it coated w/ a mylar looking coating that appears more reflective than the flat white wall I put it over.

Hey thanks mad cow, i think i'll keep that in mind. It seems like a very interesting alternative.

And 7000! damn i guess im gonna have to rethink my strategy then. What kinda of lights would you then suggest, i want to keep it as energy efficient as possible. I would prefer something that i could grab at a local hardware store but let me hear your ideas.
