I guess I was implying the foil to have an potential for creating hot spots from magnified light rays.

I think she is doing much better, what do you guys think ? She is taller, the new leafs look good and green and I made some improvements to my grow room and bought some perlite on ebay

Its way too early VanAc. Give her 1 week from today to show improvement. The trunk or base looks to be thickening up some, that's a good sign. Run the light 24/7, I have a feeling the soil will take forever to dry out right now. The longer the temps remain warm, the more moisture will evaporate out of the soil, plus the plant helps this along by drinking thru roots and transpiring or releasing water, out thru the leaves. The speed at which the plant does this, will depend on how much RH you have present. This is where ventilation come in. To remove humidity, old stale air that's c02 depleted and also heat. It allows a cycle of new introductions and old removals. You need to research a bit. That container needs to have drain holes. If its plastic then heat up a nail with a lighter and melt lots of holes, even around on the sides and bottom. This will increase air flow and proper gas exchange in the root zone, which is essential for any plant species. Don't water until that pot feels light. Learn to water based on weight of the pot.

It has 5 holes on the bottom and 2 on the sides.

Ah, and the nuts I have are 6-5-9, I know is to early to start the nuts, but are these fine ?
And the 65W CFL is enough ?
