Help!! Broken supercrop

YO, So I was tying down a lil more today, And at first I didn't notice, but on of the thick main nodes has kinda split from the main stalk.....there is still a good connect between the two, but I can clearly see the split....Will this heal? Should I just cut it all the way off, and try to clone it with root hormone? I will post a pic as soon as I can, BUt for real...If any one has ever experienced this, I would love the comments..

if it's not completely separated from the main stalk it should be fine as long as you tape or tie the branch back into position. as long as the branch looks healthy you should be good. it starts drooping or yellowing and you got problems.
