Definitely going with light stunted the auto. Looked back on the auto from a few weeks ago and it was more or less yellowing. Today, it’s almost completely dark green again. The only thing I have changed is the lighting (it gets less now). It was on 24/7. I moved my photo pants to flower and went 12/12. I know that light schedule isn’t typically good for autos but care more about the photos than the auto in the tent so just made the switch for the photos. The auto started to “heal” up. It isn’t growing anymore but the color is MUCH better. Absolutely sure I stunted it with light intensity. Lesson learned..Yes autos do love the light..
I researched a lot about autoflowers before deciding to grow. I decided to go for 18/6 light schedule which seemed to be common amongst auto growers. But I know some growers believe autos do not need a rest period from light and keep lights on all the time. And only yesterday I decided to see if by keeping my LED on 24 hours per day would help my lady. So time will tell...
I've been given some good advice from experienced growers on here regarding my little ladies health and how to make her well again so fingers crossed she will now thrive.
So going back to your autos early flowering that still puzzles me
I only Veg under half power 100w lights now. Like I said, I’ll send to flower and give them a good strong LED then. But, seedlings and Veg get LOW lighting...
