i have a 3 week old baby plant barely on its 7th set. i have a ferret and he attemted to eat my plant and ate the two round leaves at the bottom but didnt break the stem but bent it a little its beentwo days since and the spot where he got it is now a bit yellowand ima little nervous that hemaybe sick or sressed isthere any thing i can do will he be all right

He? Why are you wasting your time on a male plant? Either way, if the ferret only got the two cotyledons... then it will be fine... but really I don't know the full extent of the damage so don't hold me to that.

never realy thought of it that way... im not sure icould get past the thought of yoko ono the kinda go hand in hand...thanx though

btw do the cotyledons help in the beginning with help starting photosynthesis to get the inner real leaves going? or can they be jacked up and taken off? and the plant will be fine? one of my seeds was growing upside down... and i fliped it normal and the two cotyledons were yello/brown, after bout 1/2 a day and a light watering they tuned back greener now..

ok ok, jw what they really do

i was wondering also why my first plant wanted to grow upside down lol..

fliped it around n put roots down this is what it is... the cotyledons are yellow turning green, and the inner leaves are very green, hopefully it lives.... (tweezers used to focus the camera, not spread apart those things) lol

3 weeks from the seed, i doubt it, 3 weeks from start of veg? i doubt it lol


im just starting 10 best seeds that germ then i will grow them all, kill the males, and pick the best females to keep..

When does "veg" begin officially? When the first real leaves show?

And how soon can one tell the boys from the girls?
