but since your going to want to add some perlite to the mix for better drainage, try to break off as much of the soil from the root ball as possible, be very careful doing this so you dont rip off the roots. when you throw in the handful or so of perlite mix it up really good best way is by hand. then after the soil is mixed up put a little bit of the soil in the bottom of the pot hold the plant around the level you want it to be and slowly scoop handfuls of soil in making sure you spread the roots out some with each handful so they dont clump together. if you mixed the soil wet i wouldnt add any water for a day or two, if you mix it dry water enough that you get about 10% runoff (meaning if you put in a gallon you'd have 1/10 of a gallon drain out) then let her be for the next week. you might see some stress but that is transplant stress since you basically will be repotting her in the same pot or bigger if you choose to
