keep giving it to them..this is normal when flowering...bloom lacks nitrogen which is why the leaves get like that...the nutrients bloom gives nutes for budding

should i bump up the nitrogen cuz i have grown this strain before and i know its a 10 week strain and it should not be that yellow at 4 weeks

a little yellowing is ok i guess...how often have you been feeding? and do you have any molasses? or cal/mag?

i got molasses but no cal/mag and i was feeding like once every other watering witch i did on my last grow same strain and was perfect

molasses is something that you dont really want to feed all the time. it takes some time for the microbes to breakdown, so it is like an every 2 week additive thing...it also has calcium, magnesium, and iron in it...so it isnt cal/mag...jacob may be right about the nitrogen thing...if you do flush with quarter strength nutes...throw some N in there.

so im ganna have to flush is this not sumthing i can fix by putting alittle grow big in my mix since it has a higher nitrogen or is a flush a must

It's not a N def. If it were it would yellow at the bottom leaves and not effect the plant uniformly as it is now. 1. It looks like your slightly overfeeding because of the tip curl. But that's just me. 2. The problem that your having with thr information you provided is a mag problem. I would check your ph to see if its at 6.5. For some reason maybe it's P nutrient or just cannabis in it's flowering state but most growers (myself included) seem to run into ca/mag issues in flower. I wouldn't just throw some calmag at it without first checking your ph and run off that can cause more issues then what your having now. And your right, if it is a 10 week strain I wouldn't expect any yellowing (N def) for another couple of weeks. But your plant looks very pretty. What strain is it?

well...you dont necessarily have to flush...you can leach, which is almost the same thing...because you are leaching out all the excess salts in case there is any...i cant tell you for sure it is N deficient...although it looks like it...the yellow dying patches on the bottom leaves are throwing me off...thats why i suggested a flush, or leach...just water like 3 times untill you have like 30% run-off, and that is a leaching. if you throw some Nitrogen in there, and it is locked out due to to much P or K you wont fix the problem...up to you, but i would suggest atleast a leaching to start fresh.

I agree with this. It looks like its the middle growth and not lower as you would expect during a N def. Most ppl forget about cal-mag and how much these plants actually like.

Yes. Mix some epsom salt in your water too. Go look up amounts online. Should take care of cal/mag.

Other than that they need more N.
