let these hairs become brown .. if they are white its not ready the plant is still working. the best is coming
harvesting now would be a big waste
youre in soil right ? So i think a bit more P than regular cant hurt
in grow i would ue them in equal quantities .. 10 micro 10 grow 10 bloom

now you can do 10 micro 5 grow 15 bloom (mL)

if you can measure the ec try to stick around 1.3mS

Do you think it could be this. He says he has a 1x1x1.8 tent with 2 900w hydro Mars if its possible to fit that in one of those wouldn't you say that's too much lighting for such a little space which would create more heat at those tops causing them to be hot because the temp directly under the light at the top is always higher. See how his leaves are turning twisting and look a little crisp.... I'm just asking because I've been growing a yr and I've seen this with mine from being a little hot from lights being too close

These are gonna be rough to tell without a microscope since they are gonna be under developed anyways I would invest $15 in a loupe and check your thrichomes that way
no need to invest on microscope use a latest smartphone like android or iphpnr and zoom in the tricomes with a flash on picture you can see it clear

no honestly i dont think there is too much light ..
no bleached tops or taco leaves from heat/dry..
i dont see any big problem just some room for improvement
this year i had a organic plant fed only with biogrow ( biobizz veg base) because i didnt have anything other ... and the plant was too green and leafy like yours ..
i gave em just water to fiish and there was absolutely no fert taste ... was very good
be sure to flush 2 weeks minimum bro
3 can be good imo
as long as they dont yellow hard

Another question for everyone sorry ....
if my trichomes are milky white but my hairs haven’t changed or very few so I still want to wait for the hairs to change aswel?
Where are you checking the trichomes? The sugar leaves will change first and they don’t help much in determining ripeness. check on the calyx.

So by 55 days do you mean from seed sprouting or 55 days of flowering? If of flowering then yes another 3 weeks maybe 4. And the dark green client make me think it's anything but the color of your strain. Some run a dark color. And I wouldn't say you're going to get airry buds yet at all. Still plenty of time to add weight.
The light situation, you say 338watts. So that's 37.5 w per sq ft. Not bad, 50 is the optimum watt per sq ft. , 30 is the minimum. If you could find another 75 true watts I think you will gain yeild. Look on Amazon or eBay and I'm sure for $50-75 you can find something to help you out. Or on Craigslist, FB marketplace, or the app Offer up. I see great deals on lights there all the time. Lots of true 50-100 w lights for like $30-50. Just a thought.
