When you see 10% amber tricholms or mostly cloudy tricholms and they might get rained on for a few days.
 
Let them grow I'm from Toronto as well nice buds I use my camera zoom to watch trichomes you start seeing them turn amber pull em when trichomes are turning amber it is no longer creating cannabinoids and turning it into cbd or cbn. Like wine you want them to age for more potency and flavor let the nitorgen get sucked out of plant as much as you can patient my friend. In the picture you provided you can see the trichomes zoom in a little further to examine more.
