now thats something up to you.
I choosed the mix 3000K version it got some royale blue UV-A ir and far red Led"s now the downside is there is no seperate switch to control them . So i dont know what the effects of these extra LED's are in the veg phase . Maybe ask others what the best colour temp is for what case . For what i know most people go with 3500K if they use them from seed to harvest. This because the little more blue that the spectrum contains .also if you get 3 of them u can try maybe 1 without the added led's and two with. So you can use the first for vegging and wen its time to flower u use the other two on top of the first one with the special led"s . But thats not something i gonna decide for you since i never really vegged my plants under this lamp. Its not that it wont work but i dont reallt the effects of the special leds in veg.

I think I'm gonna buy 2 240w of them and I'll keep the cheap led for veg I guess.
What's the difference between shipping countries? China is trusted?

I dont know how it works for your country but i orderd them from spain since that offerd no tax import fee and it was fast delivery and took really only 7 days to arrive.
