HELP, almost time!

Do you guys have any opinion on covering a plant with a plastic bag under lights to keep it under 12 and 12? I got 5 plants under a light and i wanna keep 4 of them going, as in vegg. One i want to stay at 12 and 12 photo hours. Think the plant wud survive plastic bag? Or papper over top.

I could work... but I dunno it just doesn't seem very healthy. Plants need fresh air.

they all in one dwc more or less =. Also i though i rem plants only absorb oxygen in the light time hours?

yes, the plants absorb o2 when they are sleeping.

moving it into a completely dark area will work just fine, I've forced plants to bud in july doing this . . .

HMMM, well so far its risk strangling A PLANT A month in flower and giving 5 clones more veg time or just go 12 and 12 for all and cross my fingers for decent yeild.

it's up to you, I don't see any harm in it as long as you're moving the plant to an environment with enough oxygen and complete darkness.

AH, hehe. U dont undertand. The plants are all in one unit! They cant be moved! They staying put ,man! SO i hope to cover one give it dark but that sounds iffy,

do it, it's been done, it'll work but you have to be very accurate with the timing!

I just discovered i have to black light ballats, i gonna go buy veg tubes for those. I thinj that work. Like little t5s, thsoe skinny long bulbs. Although i have not gotten into what a t5 is yet. I got a mh and hps with a few cfls for clone.

oh, well that's a bit different. plastic bags wouldn't work, they would allow too much light through and they would also restrict oxygen. I'm not sure if you can do anything other than just wait for the others to catch up and do it all at once . . .

Yes, that's the way to do early sexing. But not plastic. Use a breathable shield, ... I'm thinking a black t-shirt. You may have to double the black cloth.

if they stay put couldn't you fabricate some sort of moveable wall or cover it with a cardboard box? no light should get too her during 12 of dark less you want her to go hermie on ya just a thought....maybe it would be easier to find a spot for a second chamber some where? best of luck

ty sirs! Lol, i just hope all that jucy trich mess doesnt come off on the cloth. Although 2 of my plants are in indepent systems i might just move those out for 24/0 lights. They all got 12 and 12 for 2 days but i think revegging after 2 days wont be so bad, They just so small for clones i wanna go bigger!

Well i made my mind up. I moved 2 clones thats i placed in a makeshift single net pot bubbler and an experimental ebb and flo net pot out. They under week cfl for now i gonna go to hd and try and get some bigger floros.. Here is a pic of the girl i saved. She stunted i think and a month in flower. She is pollinated and the seeds starting to show. Might pop out any day now. The plant is older than a month of flower, but she has so small or stutned bud growth i say its like a month. I wish i new more about stunting, thi my firt grow and this girls youth was impromptu and rash. She spoiled now tho! THere are 2 clones in there with her but my camera sucks. They have little torsos but their roots are big. Came froma dwc cloner where they loved it.

I would be careful of budrot, putting a plant in a plastic bag on a plant while under a light will dramatically increases moisture levels...

yeah i know, rofl, What a good idea at the time, no coffee in me. I just moved the 2 in seperate containers out to a cfl light and kept the big girl and 2 clones in the small dwc going. They asleep now.

Not having any patience i will tweek this grow to death!
