HELP! - Aerogarden Growin

Hello,

I started an Aerogarden grow about three weeks ago in my closet after I purchased the Aerogarden Pro 100 and the VeggiePro. I ordered 6 clones from a friend, but I ended up not being able to recieve them for 2 weeks and I decided to begin germinating a seed. Once the taproot sprouted, I placed the seed in a grow pod and it has been growing and healthy since (big plant in 2nd photo).

One week later, I recieved three small "clones", which were really very young (and healthy) plants in cups of soil. On the advice of a friend, I removed the plants from the cups, made a cut at a 45 degree angle a few inches above where the stem starts. These 3 plants are the other 3 plants in the Aerogarden on the left in the 2nd photo. Today is the 9th day these plants have been in the Aerogarden, and so far, only the small bottom right plant that looks like just a flower site has begun root development. The other two plants in have been slightly declining in health and have not shown any signs of rooting. I have a humidifier in the closet and humidity has been between 40-80% the entire time. Nutrients were only added once 2 days ago at 1/4 strength.

About a week after I got the first set of clones, I recieved 3 more that were also small plants with roots in a soil cup. Based on the struggles of the first set of clones in rooting, I thought I would refrain from cutting the stems and just carefully thread the existing root system through the Aerogarden. As of today it has been four days since I recieved these clones and all 3 are showing signs of new root growth.

The only lights I have on the plants right now are a total of 140 watts of cool white compact flourescent lighting (will be bumped to 315 watts of full spectrum light for vegging once the plants are all healthy enough).

I am worried about the two plants from the first set of clones that has not rooted yet. I have been keeping them in humidity domes most of the time. There has been a lot of drooping, and many leaves are or have turned yellow.

Help please?

i would get your light a lil closer, what are you feeding these lil ladies straight water?? what kind of nuts? what is your ph at??

I'm feeding them 1/4 strength of Grow, Micro, and Bloom General Hydroponics. I moved the light closer as you can see in the photos, but 2 of my clones (left AG, back two) have not yet rooted but the others are making steady progress. I am concerned about the color of the leaves and how small they are for their age.

Do you have a pH test kit? It looks like a pH issue ... yellowing of the leaves.

The pH level should be right around 6ish.
