Help a noob with his first setup

I have been lurking for a wile now and I think I am ready to grow. To start off I am a mi caregiver so this will be a legal grow. Not sure if that matters.

What I am trying to achieve is a perpetual grow. I am starting out with caramelicious since it is supposed to be an easy grow. This will also be my first real grow with the exception of a couple closet plants from bag seeds.

I want to achieve a rotation something like this. 1 week cloning, 1 month veging, 2 months budding. With six plants in each cycle and a monthly harvest.

Now the setup is where I might need some help. This is what I have planned. Keep in mind I have limited space.

3 2x4x5 grow tents (2 budding 1 clone / veg)
2 600 watt hps lights for budding
1 flor light for veg and clones (not to sure on this)
1 ecogrower for veging
2 6x 3gallon bucket ebb and drip setups for budding (diy)
Homemade 6 inline fans and carbon scrubbers for smell
Few small ossolating fans for air circulation and stem strength
1 diy clone bed

Now I have no idea what I should use for nutes on these. Also not sure what and if i should use co2. However I am pretty sure my space will be tight. Lol

Please help me fill in the blanks and tell me if any of this does not seem doable. Sorry for any spelling errors I did this post on an iPad :)

sounds like you have it all thought out pretty well.. i like to use t5's for veg and clones, not sure if that is what you meant by floro's, but if so, good choice.. everything else looks on target as well..
goodluck with the grow..

space is 2x4x5? height is 5ft? if so, 400w will be right and not 600

Thought the 600s might be overkill but luckily I got digital ballasts with dimmers so if all is to hard to keep cool and all I will just dim them a bit.

I was referring to a florecent t5 light. Did not do to much research on them but it seemed like they are good for veging and cloning. Thanks for the confirmation on making the right choice.

As far as the genetics. It is an indic a/ saliva hybrid. Here is a link to the caramelicious seeds.
Also going to try the diy co2 generator method and just pull the hoses at night.

Thanks for all the help so far and any other advice you guys may have. I will try to do a grow journal ;)

Edit:

Ok I did go and get a 600w and changed it for a 400w. So I will be trying them both and can report back what worked better for me. Both fall into the 50 - 100 watts per plant rule of thumb.
