so im not sure if my grow is slow cause of my lighting or the strain or if im doing something wrong. I need the help of experts!!! im on a 16/8 lighting schedule. watering approx 3 times a day( lights on, around 6 hours after that when the med. gets dry, and then one light spray before lights off) my water is the right PH ( ive got a ph tester) its been 13 days for my best looking plant (m10)... and it seems that after the 9th or 10th day it just stopped growing.its been 15 days for my m8. pics below ....

IF they are almost 2 weeks old, they shouldn't be that small. Add some more light, but be careful with the heat. Only water when soil feels dry. You don't have to water that much. Also make sure your soil is STARTING SOIL. Don't go running into soils that are giving the plants nutrients because they don't need nutrients for the 1st month. Good Luck!!

In addition, your pot seems a little big for seedlings. I'd recommend a 5" pot to start out. Once it hits about 4-6", transfer to a gallon or larger. I'm currently in 3 gallon pots.

u could start in a 12" pot if u wanted to.

ur putting some kind of unneeded stress on those seedlings, be it overwatering or not enough light. what ever ur doing do less of it cuz ur overdoing something.

If you plan on keeping the same soil in there for a while, then the bigger the pot the better!! But if you are planning to change soils then have a more reasonable size pot.
