one thing you could do is get some emergency foil blankets to put on the walls. Amazon sells 10? packs for 6-7$ and they are 4x6 and highly reflecti ve. I lined a big box that a stove cam in and they worked great.

Ah, definitely not deficiency. That's way too much. Get them in some better soil and slow down the feeding.
