HELP! 6500k cfl tight on money could i use this to flower???

Hey everyone iv been growing with basically some shop lights and i put a 85 watt cfl this bulb is big lol but anyway i put it in my grow and iv noticed the plant (one female) always ends up growing toward the cfl oh im on the 12/12 now and i was thinkin of chuckin the shop lights period and just usin this big ass cfl what does everyone think

im a noob lol im not really shure i had the lights in my basement whats the diffrence between Floro, incandescent, halogen and i could tell you what they are
