HELP 1st Time Grow

I am growing 3 White Widow in john innes soil the leaves are starting to turn yellow and the veins are still green with brown tips What do you suggest ?? any help would be good

Thanks Emerald and iv used no nutes just what's in the soil which is John innes No 2

what kind of lighting are you using/how far do you have the lights away from your tops?

i am using cfl's and there about 4inches from the tops
