you should have put them into their own pots , water drops on the leafs will cause burns alost if your using MG soil or any thing with nutes already in it you should see about buying jiffy pucks , plant the seeds into thoes and by the time the roots poke out of the netting its time to plant them into soil and by then if the soil has any nutes in it then its not going to hurt your plants as much since the plant is a little older then placing it into soil with nutes from seed and you should wait till the plant is at least 1 month old before you give it any nutes and when you start you should start off with 1/16 strength and slowly increase the amount of plant food you give it

i got some green looking balls on mine..should i take those plants out and put them in seperate pots then
yea just transplant them but be very carfule not to damage the fragile root system and you should always plant 1 seed in 1 pot becuase they will grow big roots and will start to choke the others out and don't fill the pot all the way to the top because the roots will naturly go to the bottom and your just waisting the top and middle parts of the soil. fill it about 1/4 of the pot and give it about a month till you take the same pot size add more soil to the bottom and put the plant into that new pot. this method will help giving you a bigger plant for a pot size , if your going to do a 5 galon pot at most you can do this method to. Once I start growing I'll be using this method:leaf:
