Hellppp bugs

Hey I have small leaf eaters I think...

They are all over the place and on the leaf top itself are patches were just the top layer apears to have been eaten away and there are small black speckles all around the spots. The bugs are a light green / tan

Any ideassssss???? How can I get rid of thesezzzzzzz?

are you budding or still vegging, if your vegging go to your local grow shop and get the strongest insecticide theyll sell you and blitz them, then after 2 days unleash a horde of predator mites, if your budding get a friendly insecticide that aint harmfull to humans , cant remember the one i used but it stunk of lime blitz em as u would then unleash predator mites and keep spraying. To be honest mate if your doing anymore than say 4 plants, your gunna find it near impossible to completely erradicate them during this grow and youll just have to keep battling with the lil bastards till the end.

What about ladybugs? I rea somewhere that they will eat all bugs but not ur plants? And if these things mak it into flowering will they do anything to the bud? Is it still safe to smoke with bugs and or bugs and chemicals?

if you dont mind bugs flying about your grow then yeh lady bugs will do the job but still dont expect them to clear the whole place out. i dont know if your from the us or whatever but in the uk if you go to your local grow shop theyll have a range of sprays which will be ok to spray on your bud and still smoke it. Also aslong as you keep the critters undercontrol youll be cool to smoke it.

You've got Thrips. I just had a run in with the little bastards myself. I used a spray mix of 10ml of Malathion (50%) / gallon of water to treat for them. It's been 20 days since I applied it (once) and I haven't seen another live one since. Don't use Malathion if you're with in 2 weeks of harvest.
