Hello, question about appropriate place to post

The upcoming October 13th and 14th Kush Expo - Medical Marijuana Show in downtown Los Angeles will be featuring a Kush Cup, competition for best medication. We previously only had this available to Vendors of the Expo, but for this show will be opening it up to Growers from the community. Once the rest of the details are finalized, I would like to post this opportunity here on Rollitup. There is a charge to enter the Cup, that exact fee isn't set yet.

I would like to know if we are permitted to post about the Kush Cup on Rollitup, and if so, which is the section is the most appropriate?
