Hello People

Hi Just wanted to say hello to everyone. Also want to thank everyone for their indirect help and support. I have been able to find just about every answer i needed for my first grow in the forums (still under way), and the few people that ive been in contact with directly have been of much assistance, and everyone seems pretty chill and that suits me fine. ok a little about me>

I hadn't heard of Escoffier before. His wikipedia page was interesting. I've had French food only on a couple of occasions. My experience so far has been everything covered in a rich cream sauce. It was good, but I wasn't wow'd.
 
Yes French Cuisine can be very rich indeed. Alot is hit or miss with me, but Escoffier just made sense of the whole quality ingredients + technique = delectable....but do you wanna know the secret to being a good cook? "Get em high and make em wait!" to quote the owner of a local pub. Next time you have people over for dinner...give it a try, make something that takes a while : Lasagna, Pot Pie (no pun intended) etc.... just as in a good story, anticipation can be very influencial on a meal....heres some pics..happy munching
