Like Dimebong says, we can't tell anything form those pictures. You would need a close up shot of them like the sample he provided. If you are having trouble sexing a plant you probably should have done more reading before you started growing.
Normally it is quite simple to distinguish male from female preflowers. If you don't have any books to help you along through your grow I recommend Jorge Cervantes's "Marijuana Horticulture: The Indoor/Outdoor Medical Grower's Bible".
This book has guided me from the beginning, It covers every stage of growth from seed to harvest and has many pictures, including photos of male and female preflowers.
