We may not be immortal in the way most know it, but when you look at it from a slightly skewed view {which I tend to do}, children are the human equivalent of immortality...you're going to live on for many years to come GWN and your riches are greater then all the kings wealth combined.

I was really hoping for a 420 Grandbaby - but her schedule was different, but the reason is probably not what you're expecting.

In 2001 our eldest son (Paige's father) was involved in a horrible car accident - he ended up flipping his car over (it was a "T" top with the glass removed) and he was dragged upside down against the pavement. The injuries were beyond belief & Dr's told us he wouldn't make it due to massive brain injuries, broken back (3 places), compound fracture to both legs & an arm etc...

But make it he did, it took years of rehab, he had to learn most everything again so we dedicated our lives to making him whole again.
His H/S sweetheart at the time stood by him through it all to become his wife and I'm sure she's a big part of his recovery.
Did I mention his accident was 4/20 ? My wife and I call it his "second birthday".

For those whom believe in miracle's - he is one.
