hello! I'm new!!

Hello, I've been growing for 8 months and have a question about insects on the leaves, I know about spider mites but now I see a insect that is transparent that is a little smaller than a grain of rice and has long back legs. It does not resemble a spider mite, any ideas.

it soud kinda like an alphid but im not really sure till i see a pic or something but ya post in newbie central for your problems lol but its all good welcome to rollitup
