First thanks for all the greats posts.
I have been reading alot here and decided it was time to join.
It's been confusing to figure out where to buy seeds.
Wanted to really buy from a bank here in the US.
I'm doing an auto flower grow, just haven't decided yet
if I should buy a 5 pack of auto fems ready to go or
try a 15 pack of auto regs and hope there is atleast five females.
Should probably go with the 5 pack, but think it would be
fun to see how many I get out of the 15.

Peace!! Mary

Depends on so many things, strain, medium, experience, genetics..etc.. If you're still a new grower I'd recommend photos.
why do you say photoes? i have a photo next to an auto and the auto is miles ahead of the photo and i havent done anything but water it.
the soil mix is holding up quite nicely.
am i in for a surprise down the road, or are you looking at the fact you can take cuttings from a photo and maybe up the yeald off of a few clones.
admitedly, you will learn more growing a plant you have to pay attention to more so then an auto.
i was just wondering why you sugest a photo is all.
ps im 100 % photos being the way to go, it just seems so simple to let an auto do i's own thing with little attention being paid to it

I was thinking auto for summer months I would rather just water them and be able to spend more time outside yes lazy but pool sounds better during summer.

Why? Because most of the people here have issues getting their first time plants even to harvest. If you fuck up an auto you're not going to have much to finish. There is a new thread about "why is my 5 inch plant flowering" all the time.

If you have a photoperiod plant you can fix your issues before you start to flower. Autos require just as much care as a photo.

Assuming you can just leave it alone and it'll produce is something a new grower would say. When things go bad they then wonder why.

My vote is photo. I’ve grown autos, not a fan. And I don’t think they’re as potent as a good photo plant. I only grow, and don’t smoke, but my wife said the last white widow autos I grew is pretty good, but doesn’t seem to last very long.

I don't mean plant and literally forget them I just was wondering type of yields people generally get from auto. my first harvest was 8oz cured from 3 photo fem "sour diesel" not sour d by any means.

As I said it's going to vary from strain and growing skill.

This was a 6.6 oz harvest from one Seedstockers Big Bud autoflower.
