presently undergoing legal issues in virginia. can anyone explain to me how to obtain actual police report for possession/cultivation charges? county clerk said not public record.

I don't see why you just can't go down and ask for your case number? If you don't already have a lawyer.... you should. If you can push back a bit, it may help you in the long run.

Umm I think you have to goto the police station for that report.
If you've been nailed then you should get some real legal rep.

Ask your lawyer.

I believe your lawyer can ask the judge for discovery, or under the freedom of information act.

Did they have a warrant?

Maybe call the county attorney where this happened. They should be able to steer you to the files you seek.
