My first post... just wanted to no how you guys feel about the led300 watt grow light compared to the Metal Halide or HPS grow light etc?

i think a led light is a candle compared to an hps light

I think CFLs are best for value per lumen

Welcome man, I grow with CFL and grow lamps. I like that set up,havent went with anything else. Yet

Ya I say cfl for veg and hps for flowering

def cfl's work fine for veg (i used 'em). but nothin compares to hps or mh for flower density and overall beauty
