I have this cookies kush fem it's 14 weeks old on 250 hps light and u can see on this crap photo ^^ some of her leaves is down. Is the air ? It's too much hot inside the tent? Every two days the pot seems very light on weight and so i water it with 4 lt of pure water. But again still seems not much. Its growing on 25 lt pot.

Medium is your soil type.
What is your soil composition?
When you're watering it, can you see some
amount of water running off down the container?
Edit: It's a hot and dry place? I mean, low humidity in the air? High temps?
These lights are hot as hell. Are you letting this hot air scape, bringing in fresh air?

It's a simple soil with perlite and some of blonde and black peat.
i feed em with cal mag and flora micro series.
but not now. Just water.
yes it's running when I water em and then I stop.
its not so hot the place I live and the humidity it's normal outside the tent I think.
the tent has left and right something like pockets who can be open or closed for air exchange and 2 mini fans inside. So I leave the one open. Wrong?

Every 2 days for a 5 gallon pot seems kinda quick...your leaf stems are droopy...that is an indicator of underwatering...I would try watering a larger amount and get the entire medium wet...don't water more frequently...let the pot get light (compared to how heavy it feels after watering) before watering in a few days. And quit being vague about your tent conditions and feed that thing.

I'd say in 5g you need closer to 2g of watering

I second that. Water it more slowly, 4L should take 15 minutes at least, water and breath, letting the air take place between water flow. Don't feed it with N for some days, leaves are brilliant!
It's not bad, just a small fixing imo.
Oh fuck I need one too!!!
But when I water em wit 5 liters of water they start the running off. ( I have two plants btw)
Then I stop the watering because I'm afraid the overwatering.
