Height Issues- Trying to keep plants hidden

I got myself into a predicament.. I planted 2 seeds outside my apartment back in late may,( I live in central MN.) They are doing really well.. way better than I expected.. They only get about 1 1/2 hr. sunlight a day.. I really need them to stop growing taller, as of now all my other plants are disguising them, but if they grow another inch or 2 they will be sticking up over my other plants and my neighbors might be able to see them. I read they might double in height when they start flowering.. Is this possible even with the minimal sunlight? I tried pinching over the tops, i read this may help.. but they are still going up. I guess my question is can anyone tell if these may stop growing soon? or how i can keep that from happening. They both have a few white hairs coming out. I'm really hoping they will stop soon, otherwise i will have to bring them in and i don’t think there is enough light coming in. IMG_2474.jpgIMG_2475(1).jpg

Why only 1 and a half hours of light? How do you plan on flowering them? outside? inside? regardless they will double or triple with flower, if you are trying to hide the plants i recommend LST and topping or something along the lines to keep a short bushy plant

I'm growing them in the middle of a building, its a thin hollowed out strip with high walls, otherwise the apt. wouldn't have windows.. so the sun Only hits the spot for a little while.. Although the sun kinda reflects down in here. It's been an experiment but i have to keep them going.. I love em. I'm guessing they will flower and make buds? Ok, I guess i have to start tying them.. are they anywhere close to done growing? Is it to late to cut the top off when there is already a few hairs?

Just keep pulling down the branches. You can use rocks to tie them down, or you can use the edges of the pot that they are in. The plant will stretch these next few weeks for the first portion of flowering. Just tie them down as best as you can and allow for the plant to grow horizontally. You can even put it on its side and drill holes in the side of the pot for drainage

And if you accidentally over bend the stalk don't freak out. It's called supper cropping. If it breaks too much, just wrap tape around it for a week so it'll heal its self
