Oh who great teh old USA medicals laws are

So im from NC [just so you know for the story]

My mom has this freind who is in bad medical shapemhe needs a new liver or else the doctors gave him 6 months to life
So he goes to to get on the waiting list for a liver
while he's doing all the paper work the doctors find a marijuana charge on his record from his teens [he's in his 40s now]
So they drug test him and he comes out clean and everything
and tells them that,that happend long ago and he hasnt smoked in years
but oh well


so he has to have a record of begin clean for 6months with them before he can even get on the waiting list


So what would you do in this case?



1.Fuck it smoke and not die in pain
2.Try to push your luck,and get the liver

theres no telling how long it would take to get a doner once on the list is there? if his quality of life is not worth living and no guarenteed deliverence in sight, id say burn it down....

I would smoke up


But he's going to try to get on the list
So far he's two months clean

Though beng clean isnt the problem since he hasnt smoked in years
beating deaths clock is the problem
