Heeeeeeeelp my baby id dying !!!!!!!!!!

ok so i started growing some misty for about a week and 2 days ?? i think i over watered it ((((((( the stem at the bottom is really thick and kinda dried and the root is also a bit dried what can i do to save it ?????? please help i didn't watered it for 2 days it seems healthy at the top and the leaves are growing but the bottom is dying
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WATER THEM ?????

replant it deepr water once a week or when dry treat it almost like a cactus

all good to me looks like root is just in soil trying to hold plant up bury it so the to leaves are just above not touching the soil

i would lower your lights there streching like crazy re pot and lower the stem in soil

i dont use no fucking lights heheh they are outdoor for uk climate wanted to grow them on window sill for a week so they get a bit strong and prepared for the wild !!!!!!
